An overview of the summer 2023 Mapping Justice Project Showcase with the Center for Environment & Society and trubel&co. Meet the high school students using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to explore environmental and climate issues in their community. Students for this program were selected from the five county service regions of FGCU (Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, Lee). Eight weeks of online work culminated in this project showcase on August 4, 2023 at FGCU’s main campus.
