Kisha is an experienced community-builder who has worked in both local and global contexts, on- and off-line. She has spent her career supporting organizations that seek to improve social outcomes and reform public institutions. In her current role as the Senior Community Building Manager at Open Contracting Partnership, she leads on strategy while designing and facilitating co-creation workshops, strategic planning sessions, peer-learning and networking forums, and thematic side events and panels to bring together a diverse network of procurement practitioners. From her prior role at the social impact firm, Reboot, she also has deep experience building strong organizational partnerships and creating high-quality, user-centered digital content. She brings her people-centered approach, as well as her creativity, organization, and enthusiasm to all of her work. Kisha holds a BA in International Development from Washington University in St. Louis.
